Mona Mourshed

    Dr. Mona Mourshed is a partner with McKinsey & Company's Middle East office. She leads the public sector practice in the Middle East and co-leads McKinsey's global education initiative. Her work over the past four years focuses on education system reform in the region and globally, spanning schools, vocational institutions, and higher education. She is a co-author of McKinsey's recent global education report 'How the world's best-performing school systems come out on top', and was selected as a global 'Rising Talent' by JP Morgan and the Women's Forum 2007. Mona holds a PhD in economic development from MIT and a BA from Stanford University.
