"Arab Strategies for the Global Era" was chosen by a sub-committee and submitted for approval by the Board of Trustees of the Arab Thought Foundation. The annual themes are chosen for their significance to the Arab World, and its cultural, social, and economic future.

What is the deadline for registration?
Registration will be closed 10 days prior to the conference. Please note that a limited number of participants can be accommodated at the conference, and will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. Early registration is recommended.

Will my expenses be covered by the Arab Thought Foundation?
Participants in the conference can benefit from special airline prices and hotel discount rates when travelling to and attending the conference.
- The Arab Thought Foundation will cover the following expenses for Speakers and Honourees Only:
- Airline tickets
- Transportation to and from the airport in the host country
- Hotel accommodation only at the designated facility
- The Arab Thought Foundation will not be responsible for any personal expenses incurred at the conference.
Please note that meals will be provided at the conference location for all speakers, honourees and participants during the conference hours.

Can my family accompany me?
Yes, speakers, honourees and participants can be accompanied by family members at their own expense. Please notify the committee prior to booking your hotel and flight arrangements to arrange for coordinated travel plans.

If I extend my stay in the host country, am I still eligible for the hotel discounts?
 The responsibility of the Arab Thought Foundation ends with the completion of the conference, including any special hotel rates. Those delegates wishing to extend their stay should contact the hotel directly.

How can I become a Speaker at the conference?
In order to participate as a Speaker, you should have interests, research, and/or studies relating to a specific topic on the conference agenda. Please submit a CV detailing these criteria and achievements to the committee by e-mail at info@arabstrategies.org . Please specify the topic you are interested in speaking on as well as all telephone contact numbers. All speakers will be screened and short-listed by a specialized committee based on their experience and relevance. The committee reserves the right to refuse any application. Successful applicants will be contacted directly by the committee.

How can I attend the conference as a participant?
In order to attend the conference as a participant, you must contact the organizing committee or send an e-mail to info@arabstrategies.org to receive a personal invitation. The committee reserves the right to refuse any participant who is not specialized in the conference themes.
